Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:

A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Lost Orders
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it.
If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement once the carrier confirms the loss.
Non-Returnable Items

Address Errors
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
